1. Rental of property and accommodation

Based on a maximum occupancy of 8 to 10 guests, the rental for the property and accommodation is $ 6000 per week.

2. Rental of property and accommodation with meals and beverages

The property, including food and beverage, has a cost of $ 8000 per week.

Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are prepared daily with fresh local ingredients, such as tropical fruits, vegetables, meat fish and seafood. Soft drinks, juices, water, beer, house wine and liquor. Premium wines, premium liquors and cigars are not included.

Accepted form of payment is via wire transfer. Payments for rental with credit card are not accepted. As guarantee we require a deposit of $1000, fully refundable if canceled 10 days before your date of arrival.

We would like to advise all our guests to purchase travel insurance which covers against any lost luggage, sickness etc.

All visitors are kindly asked to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. Outdoors activities bear certain risks and Finca Alcaravan will not be hold responsible for any injuries and/or damages occurred to guests and their properties.

Special prices on both packages can be applied for groups of less than 8 persons, contact us for more information.

Both packages include the following services:

•The rental of the entire property and its accommodations.
• Terrestrial transfer from San Jose to the farm.
• Daily maid service. In case of package with meals includes also cook and butler.
• Laundry service.
• Local phone calls.
• Use of horses.
• Use of a tour wheel drive vehicle with a local guide. Inside the farm and surrounding areas.
• 2 ATV's (All Terrain Vehicule) at your disposition.
• Excursions to the close beaches.

The following services are available at additional costs

• Massage therapist
• Live music groups
• Premium wines, Premium liquor and cigars
• Transfers by small plane or helicopter
• Tours and excursions to other areas such as: Arenal volcano, white water rafting, Canopy and others
• Rental of cars and planes.
• Rental of speed boats or yachts for deep sea fishing, water skiing, diving, island tours and Jet Ski.
